Admission ticket(s) / e-ticket (s) – it’s this easy
You can order your admission ticket at your convenience in the online shop. After payment, your ticket is sent to you in the form of an e-ticket per e-mail during the course of the day. The proof of purchase will be sent to you by post.

Please print out the e-ticket (in original size, black/white) and bring it with you to the trade fair. The “Fast Lane” will guide you directly through the entrance barriers to the trade fair. You save yourself from having to queue at the ticket office and register at the event.

Please note that e-tickets:

• are personalised and thus cannot be transferred
• cannot be exchanged or returned according to our general terms and conditions of business.

With the e-ticket, you can use all types of public transport in Cologne
With your e-ticket, you can use all types of public transport of the Rhein-Sieg transport system for free (only in combination with your identity card).

* Tickets ordered through the online shop will cost the advanced sales prices including 10 September, 2008. You can order tickets via online shop until 13 September, 2008. Be aware off that you will have to pay the box office price from the day the Trade Fair starts.

Catalogue
The catalogue is included in the admission price for visitors. It can be picked up in the entrance areas on presentation of the admission ticket.

Visa
If you are travelling to our fair from a country whose citizens require a visa for Germany, you will need an official letter from Koelnmesse.

In order for us to formulate this letter as precisely as possible, you must provide us with various details.
Please complete all of the points listed below. We will then send you the official letter by fax and will also forward a copy to the nearest German consulate in your country.
Would you please inquire about the entry requirements applying to you (e.g. visa requirement) in good time before you come to the event. Would you also please carry out the necessary formalities yourself. Koelnmesse will accept no responsibility if you do not receive a visa or do not receive it on time, or if you are unable to travel to the event due to other reasons.

Admission for children
Admission for children up to six years of age is free when they are accompanied by their parents. Children between the ages of 6 and 16 years of age can only enter the trade fair in the company of an adult and pay the normal price for an admission ticket.

Please note: A kindergarden is not available during Kind + Jugend.
