Press Service for Exhibitors

Are you expecting any high-profile guests at your stand? Or are you perhaps planning to surprise visitors with a very special event? If so, then please let us know, preferably by EMail-Contact

If you would like to hold a press conference during K+J, you can make use of the following services:

• Date coordination
• Reservation of a conference room on the trade fair grounds (free of charge); provision of trade fair caterers, interpreters and PA companies (extra charge)
• List of international trade publications
• Publication of your dates in Koelnmesse's press event calendar; posted notices of your dates at the Press Centre during K+J

This service is provided exclusively for K+J exhibitors.

Koelnmesse Service GmbH will offering exhibitors a package deal - a virtual press compartment on the trade fair's website and up to two "actual" press compartments at the Press Centre for the distribution of product information (in various languages, for example) for an all-inclusive price of €140. For further details, please see Form M.03 in the Koelnmesse Service Package for K+J. (Exhibitors / Trade fair preperations and registration)
We have commissioned a Koelnmesse partner firm - press1 - to manage all aspects of the service, from password distribution and configuration of the virtual compartments to labelling of the real press compartments (press1, HighText Verlag, Wilhelm-Riehl-Str. 13, 80687 München, Germany, phone: +49(0) 180- 377 377 1 , fax: +49 (0)89/578 387 69, e-mail: koelnmesse@press1.de.

The new features of this fee-based service include individualized and alphanumeric sorting of the real press compartments, which significantly increases the PR effect for individual exhibitors. A hostess will be on hand at the fair to maintain and fill the compartments.

If you commission photographers or video teams to film your trade fair stand, you will need to provide them with admission tickets. Please inform our security office of such arrangements (tel.: +49 (0)221/821-2551, fax: +49 (0) 221/821-3780). You can also arrange to have photographers and video teams from the Cologne Guild of Photographers film your stand (tel.: +49 (0)221/2070-420, fax: +49 (0)221/2070-445).
