About Benedek Hermán
Benedek Herman (b. 2001) studied Neuroscience in the United States at Drake University and is currently pursuing a medical degree at Semmelweis University. A former professional tennis player, he is now co-owner and COO of Kenguru Gold Smart Baby Clothing, where he manages internal operations and strategic direction. Benedek is also the founder and CEO of Voovo, an education technology company that helps universities increase course completion and knowledge retention through an evidence-based repetition app. In 2024, Voovo was awarded Hungary’s National Innovation Award for the most innovative startup and has since expanded to 24 university departments and 150,000 students globally. In recognition of his entrepreneurial success and impact in education, Benedek was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2025, which highlights the most influential and accomplished young leaders.
