Build-up and dismatling periods of Kind + Jugend

Please note:

Access to the exhibition grounds is only possible with booked time slot ( eSlot )! Vehicles without booked eSlot will not be admitted and have to register for an on-site check-in at the logistics center at P22.

We have clearly summarized the set-up and dismantling times for you in a table.

Dismantling period

(trucks permitted to enter from 7:30 p.m.)

Dismantling may not begin earlier than 6:00 p.m. on 09.09.2023 and must be completed by 10:00 p.m. on 11.09.2023 due to construction work of the following events.

The time for stand assembly and dismantling may only be extended after an application has been submitted to Koelnmesse and the extension is approved. Such extensions are subject to a fee of Euro 980.00 (from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.) or Euro 720.00 (from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) per day.
