Demarcation strategies
Candide’s presence on the French and international markets for more than 40 years in the creation and manufacture of baby care products undoubtedly contributes to the Group’s strength.
To innovate, but especially to differentiate by proposing each year several new products for each of the two brands; products that follow consumer expectations and that are practical, technical and attractive.
But also to capitalize on the strong products that are the DNA of the brands: the Multirelax on the Candide brand, for example, or the Tapis Malin on Tinéo. The Group is constantly improving its products in order to make them more attractive to consumers (new prints, new materials, new fabrics), by developing functionalities or technical points in order to adapt them to changing consumer needs, and of course by complying with current regulatory changes.
Not to mention the Made In France which is a strong lever for Candide Baby Group, since a very large part of the range is manufactured in France, in the Anjou factory.
Projects, work areas and ambitions for the current year and 2024
Continuing efforts in terms of product development.
At a time of inflation and changing mentalities that are modifying consumption patterns towards «consuming less but better», with more sustainable and multifunctional products. The ranges are being narrowed down to products with greater potential and refocused on the best ones.
New collection mechanics this year, with product releases during the year to boost order forms, free ourselves from a strict development schedule and supply the networks with new products in staggered releases.
Strengthen the Group’s presence on social networks, which are great tools for direct communication with customers. Social networks are also an important marketing tool to introduce the brand to young parents who have not yet visited the store, while continuing to build loyalty among existing customers.
And of course, continue to work hand in hand with distributors and retailers who remain our best ambassadors!
